After completing my degree at the University of Western Ontario I spent a few years travelling across Europe brushing up my languange skills. During that time I lived in France, Germany, England and Croatia.

Climbing coroporate ladder is fun but I needed more space to express my individualism and creativity. In search for that creative outlet I have decided to take a journey into the culinary arts.

Finishing many cakes related courses was only enough to get me started on my goal to become an acomplished cake designer. Every new cake is an opportunity to learn something new and try new technique.

The real beauty of this trade lays in the fact that every cake designer has something unique to add to it so the opportunity to learn is vast and it never turns into a routine.
